老人家又开始咬文嚼字了,不再说 User centered design, 而是说 Human centered design,其实背后的意思是包含Marketing层面的思考。和我们某一天讨论的,用户体验的核心在于选对人。别在意现在在使用网站的user,想Marketing people一样思考,看我们的市场在哪里,哪些人是我们的潜在用户。 Norman老人家虽然总是喜欢咬文嚼字提出一些新概念,但文字的背后还是包含一些思考的。
Some ideas from Dave’s speaking, Shopping Great User Experience. I saw it about company value and mission-driven. One case in Dave’s speaking, ask employee:”What is your job?”. We can get a lots of answers, we can hear a lots of tasks such as:”paint, plan, coding, …”, But Dave’s answer is “To shop products that our users love”. That’s exactly mission-driven which Jack Ma said, and totally same with our “Dream, Intelligance, Execution”.
We should focus customers, also we should make out the strategy using our intelligance, and the most inportant thing is using our dream to drive strategy execution.
深入,再深入的挖掘问题。很多人随便两下就可以看出的问题,S同学经常用 “挖”“刨”这些词来对待。优秀的PD和UED不仅要刨根问底,还要带着刨祖坟的心态去对待问题。L同学的前戏很长,其实详尽的描述问题意味着他对问题深入透彻的理解,也有助于合作伙伴抽象出来看清楚问题的本质,其实是把大家的讨论抽象到更高的层次上了。 Heidi Share 给我的BLOG:Define the problem before solving it 这不仅仅是产品经理所需要具备的素质,更是UED所需要具备的素质。Design = Solve Problem ,问题都搞不清,还不如把自己给Solve了呢。 其实只有挖准了问题,才能有真正的推进力,不然就真成了大忽悠了。
